HTC Titan II Review - Phone
dimensions are 71 x 132 x 13 millimetres and weighs 147 grams. In terms of
network band on this model we have GSM 850/900/1800/1900, UMTS
850/900/1900/2100, CSD, GPRS, EDGE, HSDPA, HSUPA, HSPA +, and the secondary
radio telephone with LTE700 and LTE1700/2100. Of course it also has Bluetooth,
Wi-Fi, GPS, FM radio, accelerometer. Qualcomm MSM8255T Snapdragon 1.5 GHz CPU
and 512 MB RAM stick device running very smoothly. Titan II has 16 GB of
storage and a large 4.7-inch, 480 x 800 pixels Super LCD screen. There are
16-Megapixel camera on the back with the dual LED flash. The front-facing
camera is 1.3 megapixels and the battery has a capacity of 1730mAh comfortable.
HTC Titan II Review - HTC with Android phones
may be viewed as a cash cow, which is why invest so heavily in the success of
the x one, one s and variants of each. The Titan II, on the other hand, does
not seem to have received quite the same level of tender lovin' from HTC (AT
& T), evidenced by the launch of the Passover, and the price is at least
double that of Nokia Lumia 900.
HTC Titan II Review - In the Windows Phone
marketplace, you will find a special section to HTC applications exclusive to
the brand HTC Windows phone. Some of my favorites are the flashlight and
compass apps as well as HTC locations, which gives you GPS navigation features.
Offline map data available free of charge for 30 days, but after that you can
subscribe to or purchase the map data directly. Watch the others either HTC
which lets you rent or buy movies to watch on your device. Image Enhancer is
fun if you like silly effects filters
HTC Titan II Review - One of the features of
the most stand-out and draw from the Titan II was the 16-Megapixel camera,
equipped with an f/1.6, 28 mm lens, the rear-illuminated sensor and dual LED
flash. This is a mouthful, but it is a wonderful camera for a phone. Great
pictures, although I'm not sure the color reproduction is perfect at that
point. I found the iPhone to take photos that are more "cool", but it
would seem as though the Titan II rests on the warmer side.
HTC Titan II Review - The problem, however, is
that the partnership between HTC and Microsoft just don't fit. Windows Phone
need a 800 × 480 resolution on all partners. HTC will be for the whole
"titanic" thing, with a 16-Megapixel camera and a giant 4.7-inch
screen. The problem is that you go with the pixel density 199ppi. For a little
context, the iPhone's retina display has a pixel density of 326ppi, so Titan is
not so great.
HTC Titan II Review - On the other hand, I am
not too happy with the battery of the Titan II. HTC one kicking ass in the
Department's battery life, but an LTE radio is paired with 4.7-inch screen
makes a difficult task for small batteries.
HTC Titan II Review - If you are a fan of HTC,
large 4.7-inch screen with a low density of pixels, LTE, the Windows Phone
operating system, and would like bragging rights with a 16 Megapixel cameras,
the Titan II may be worth the extra money. Whether it's the same price as Lumia
900, the Titan II will be much more competitive. Still a Titan II is a Windows
Phone is great, but it is disappointing that HTC will probably not put as much
marketing muscle behind it compared to what Nokia is doing with 900 Lumia.
